We store what you upload (past letters, case documents), what the model produces (style sheet, extracted facts, letters, review notes), your firm profile and billing status. We do not sell or share this data, and we do not use it to train models.
- Case documents are deleted 90 days after the letter is downloaded; you can delete any document sooner from the client page.
- Letters and extractions are your work product and stay until you delete the client.
- Billing runs through Stripe. We store the Stripe customer and subscription ids and the subscription status, nothing about the card.
- Cookies: one session cookie. No analytics or advertising cookies.
